DeKALB — NIU announced Friday that 21 additional students and three employees have tested positive for the coronavirus, and one student has recovered, according to the Campus COVID-19 Dashboard. As of Friday, 48 students and eight employees are currently COVID-19 positive.

The dashboard’s cumulative testing statistics show a total of 371 Huskies that have tested positive for COVID-19, and 315 have recovered.

As of  Friday at 3:20 p.m., NIU is at 7.4% quarantine and isolation use. This is a 2.5% increase from Thursday.
