Snow covers the East Lagoon as more colder temperatures are expected this week.

The week of Feb. 8 is cold with temperatures increasing in the middle of the week, but will then lower again, according to the National Weather Service.

Monday

Monday will see a 100% chance of snow. Snow accumulation is of a predicted 1 to 2 inches. The high will be 9 degrees. The wind chill will be as low as 1 degree. The low in the evening will be around -5 degrees. 

Tuesday

Tuesday will be cold and mostly cloudy with a high of 10 degrees. The wind chill will be as low as -20 degrees. The low in the evening will be around 1 degree. There will be a north wind in the day with gusts as high as 15 mph.

Wednesday

Wednesday will be mostly cloudy with a high of 14 degrees and a low of 2 degrees. There will be a north northeast wind during the day with gusts as high as 15 mph.

Thursday

Thursday will be mostly cloudy with a 40% chance of snow in the afternoon. The high will be 14 degrees. The low in the evening will be around 1 degree.

Friday

Friday will be mostly cloudy with a high of 11 degrees and a low of -1 degree. 

Saturday

Saturday will be partly sunny and cold with a slight chance of snow. The high will be around 9 degrees and the low will be near -8.
