DeKALB — NIU announced Tuesday that two students and one employee have tested positive for the coronavirus, and six students have recovered, according to the Campus COVID-19 Dashboard. As of Tuesday, 61 students and two employees are currently COVID-19 positive.

The dashboard’s cumulative testing statistics show a total of 955 Huskies that have tested positive for COVID-19, and 892 have recovered.

As of Tuesday at 3 p.m., NIU is at a 19.0% quarantine and isolation use, same as Monday.

What to do if you test positive

Faculty, staff and students are to complete the COVID-19 Checklist if diagnosed with COVID-19, have symptoms of COVID-19 or have been exposed to someone diagnosed with COVID-19.
