With Halloween right around the corner, the Counseling and Consultation Services are holding a special event series called “Well-O-Ween.” From painting in costumes to horror stories about roommates, there are events for everyone.

Open Mic Roommate Horror Stories

Share and listen to other stories about bad roommates and learn how to operate roommate troubles. You also have the chance of telling your story anonymously. This event will take place at the Holmes Student Center in the OASIS space on Oct. 25 from 6-8 p.m.

Halloween Paint Night

On Oct. 27 from 6-9 p.m. in the OASIS space at the Holmes Student Center, spend the night getting creative and de-stress with a guided painting event. Registration is free but required. Email BeWell@niu.edu by Oct. 26 to sign up.

De-Stress Fest

Night two of painting activities is Oct. 28 from 6-9 p.m. in the OASIS space at the Holmes Student Center. Join in on the fun of painting and learning about mindfulness. Costumes are encouraged. Register for this event by emailing BeWell@niu.edu by Oct. 26.
