DeKALB – Ellington’s Restaurant, a student-run restaurant, will be serving up a hardy meal this Tuesday.

The buffet will have Brazilian Chopped Salad (Salada de Palmitas), Corn Bread (Sopa Paraguayan), Venezuelan Rice and Beans with Beef, Colombian Coconut Limeade (Limonada de Coco) and Brazilian Chocolate Truffle (Brigadeiro).

Ellington’s will be offering a buffet service every Tuesday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The buffet service with a to-go option will cost $13.95 plus tax. Students can use Huskie Bucks and Dining Dollars as a form of payment. No reservations are required for this service, but students are recommended to come before closing. 

The restaurant is located inside of the Holmes Student Center on the main floor of the building.
