April 3

- Illegal possession by a minor reported at 1:42 a.m. at Lincoln Hall. The case was cleared by refusal to cooperate.

- Thomas E. Beegle, 36, of Genoa, Ill., was arrested for an in-state warrant at 7:10 a.m. at Barsema Hall.

- Theft of $300 and under occurred at 11:40 a.m. at Founders Memorial Library. The case was administratively closed.

- Theft of labor or services was reported at 2:50 p.m. at the Transportation Depot. The case was cleared by refusal to cooperate.

April 4

- Hannon M. Hines, 21, was arrested for deceptive practices and forgery. It allegedly occurred at 9 a.m. Oct. 13, 2006 at TCF Bank in the Holmes Student Center. Bail was $1,000 and was posted.

- Possession of cannabis 30 grams and under and possession of drug equipment was reported at 12:20 a.m. at Lincoln Hall. The case was cleared by refusal to cooperate.

- Theft of over $300 occurred at 11 a.m. at Faraday Hall. The case was administratively closed.

April 5

- Adam T. Fall, 19, of Oswego, Ill., was arrested for illegal consumption by a minor and possession of cannabis 30 grams and under at 3 a.m. March 31 in parking lot J. Bail was $2,000 and was posted.

- Dennis M. Penaranda, 19, of DeKalb, was arrested for illegal possession by a minor and possession of drug equipment at 10:50 p.m. at Douglas Hall. Bail was $100 and was posted.

- Battery occurred at 8:30 a.m. at Cole Hall. The case is pending investigation.

April 6

- Theft of, lost, or mislaid property occurred at 8:19 a.m. at Lincoln Hall. The case was cleared by refusal to cooperate.

- Nicholaus R. Goegan, 20, of Lindenhurst, Ill., was arrested for all other disorderly conduct at 12:01 a.m. at Douglas Hall. Bail was $75 and was posted.

- Assault occurred at 12:06 a.m. at 800 Lucinda Ave. The case is pending investigation.

- Theft of over $300 occurred between 6:30 p.m. on April 5 and 2:22 a.m. on April 6 at Grant Towers South. The case is pending investigation.

- Possession of drug equipment occurred at 12:15 p.m. at Grant Towers South. The case was cleared by refusal to cooperate.

- All other disorderly conduct occurred at 5:15 p.m. at Eco Park. The case was administratively closed.

April 7

- Steven A. Escarez, 19, of Waukegan, Ill., was arrested for illegal consumption by a minor, possession of cannabis 30 grams and under and possession of drug equipment at 11:57 p.m. at parking lot 15E. Individual bond was posted.

- All other disorderly conduct occurred at 3:30 p.m. at University Apartments. The case was cleared by refusal to cooperate.

April 8

- Harassment by telephone occurred between 9:37 p.m. and 9:53 p.m. at Lincoln Hall. The case is pending investigation.
