#1: Tiajuana Hernandez
Costume: Angel
Tiajuana Hernandez, a first-year graduate student majoring in steelpan music performance, chose to dress up as an angel for the values the costume represents. Hernandez aspires to be humble, spiritual and compassionate, traits symbolically represented by angels.
#2: Nick Cipra
Costume: Bojack Horseman
Nick Cipra, a senior geology major, dressed up as BoJack Horseman from the TV show of the same name. Cipra took on paper macheing for the first time to craft the large horse head and thrifted the rest of his outfit.
#4: Jacob Chupich
Costume: Plague doctor
Jacob Chupich, a senior accounting major, donned black robes and a plague doctor’s mask this Halloween. Chupich believes it was incredibly noble of the plague doctors during the Black Death in Europe to risk their health combating the disease.
