DeKALB – The DeKalb Public Library will be opening their display case to local nonprofit groups starting in April.

Each month a glass display case in the main lobby of the library will be open for local nonprofits to display information about themselves including services, history and upcoming events. Acrylic stands and holders to decorate the display can be provided by the DeKalb Public Library.

Displays will last for one month and can’t be reserved twice a year by the same nonprofit.

Anything placed in the display must be in accordance with the DeKalb Public Library’s Public Services policy. Nonprofit representatives are responsible for coordinating setting up and taking down displays with the DeKalb Public Library at the beginning and end of the month.

For more information on this community project or to reserve time for the display case, contact Samantha Hathaway via email at [email protected] or by calling 815-756-9568 ext. 1701.
