The Huskies come into Saturday’s contest as losers of four consecutive games, while Akron has lost three straight games. Both teams are in search of their first conference victory.

NIU men’s golf heads to Madison, Wisconsin, to compete in the Badger Invitational for the second consecutive year. The Huskies are coming off a tie for sixth place finish at the VCU Shootout after junior Ben Sluzas and graduate student Zach Place finished within the top-10. The tournament is a multi-day event ranging from Oct. 1 through Oct. 3.

Following its previous game being ruled a no-contest due to weather, NIU men’s soccer travels north to Milwaukee to take on Marquette University.
