Food trucks provide variety with their different flavors and menu selections. There’s something for everyone, whether you want comfort food, exotic cuisine or fusion. Some of the returning food trucks include Ka-Bao!: sweet, white steamed buns with stuffed meat, Burritoville: authentic tacos and burritos and Rustic Oven Wood Fired Pizza: wood-fired pizza with a smoky kick.
New trucks to try include Toasty Cheese Mobile Eatery: artisan grilled cheese sandwiches, Big D’s Hot Dogs: Chicago-style hot dogs, Fuego Baked Empanadas: empanadas with infused Latin flavors, plus many others.
Students enjoy more than just a meal when they gather around the food trucks; they also socialize. Interaction and connection are encouraged in the relaxing outdoor atmosphere, leading to unforgettable experiences and a feeling of community.
