On April 2 the voters will have a tough decision to make. I hope everyone registered to vote takes the couple of minutes it takes to vote.

The polling places are open 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. A high student turnout will make the students look more responsible.

The race for alderman of the 7th Ward, which includes Stevenson and Grant Towers, High Meadows, DeKalb Plaza, University Heights, Varsity Square and Stadium View II, is extremely close.

I need your support. I have been working hard for the students and people of DeKalb for the past two years on various issues including tenant rights and recycling.

I have promised from the very beginning I would not step down or resign from alderman and let the 7th Ward down. I am an honest, hard-working, dedicated and tough leader.
