Teens arrested for drugs

Police arrested two DeKalb teenagers Oct. 24 for possession of about five ounces of cannabis, PCP and drug paraphernalia, police said Thursday.
The North Central Narcotics Task Force arrested Patrick Behm, 19, and Alissa Creach, 17, 1016 1/2 E. State St., for the incident.
Behm and Creach allegedly sold joints laced with PCP and embalming fluid called “wicky sticks” to area teenagers, police said.
“PCP has the possible effects of illusions and hallucinations. Effects of an overdose can be longer, more intense ‘trips,’ psychosis and possible death,” police said.
Embalming fluid can cause severe damage to vital organs and is a carcinogenic, police said.
Behm and Creach were charged with unlawful possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, a felony punishable by three to seven years in jail and a $150,000 fine, police said.
Task force members include officers from the University, DeKalb, DeKalb County, the Illinois State and the Genoa and Sycamore police departments.
