Any case defined as “unfounded” was not included in this list. Any case “closed by exception” is closed due to circumstances outside of the investigation (missing a complainant, suspect was arrested for another crime, etc.). Any “suspended” case means the investigation is paused until leads become available. All case dispositions (“open” or “closed” statuses) are subject to updates. All locations provided are general.

Feb. 1

• At 10:59 a.m., criminal sexual assault occurred at the Grant Complex. This case is referred to another agency.

• At 2:26 a.m., theft of loss or mislaid property occurred at Neptune Residence Hall West, 900 Lucinda Ave. This case is open.

Feb. 3

• At 6:55 p.m., disorderly conduct occurred at the Recreation Center, 325 N. Annie Glidden Road. This case is closed by exception.

Feb. 4

• At 4:01 p.m., four counts of battery, resisting or obstructing an officer, firefighter or corrections officer occurred at Stevenson Residence Hall South, 420 Stadium Drive W. This case is closed by arrest.
• At 6:16 p.m., battery occurred at the Stevenson Complex, 1350 Stevenson Drive N. This case is closed by exception.
• At 6:25 p.m., two in-state warrant violations occurred at Stevenson Residence Hall South. This case is closed by arrest.
