The National Manic and Manic Depressive Association’s first meeting will be held Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. in the Holmes Student Center’s lower level. Participants and donations are still being accepted.

Potluck sponsored

The University Resources for Latinos is sponsoring a potluck for Parents’ Day weekend on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Newman Catholic Center. The keynote speaker will be Sen. Miquel delValle, D-Chicago.

Presentation on Cuba

A slide presentation titled “Cuba Today” will be presented Sunday by Dr. Howard Christofersen, M.D., at 7 p.m. at the Newman Catholic Center. Christofersen will base his presentation on a recent two-week trip to Cuba.

There will be a potluck before the presentation at 5:30 p.m.
