Can you picture this? I walk into the Rec Center, looking forward to my aerobics class and I have my water bottle with me.

I think the water at OCR tastes like metal, so I bring my own. It’s also a necessity when I work out.

Imagine my surprise when the girl at the front desk tells me I can’t bring it in. I ask why.

She informs me some idiot brought alcohol in over the weekend in a water bottle, and now ruined it for everyone.

I am no longer a student. I work for NIU and pay for my membership. Now, I could have joined 4th Street Fitness or Burns Gym, but no! I joined NIU’s Rec Center.

If you know this person please ask him/ her to make an apology to NIU. It’s really unfair to penalize all members of OCR for this inexusable incident!
