Ever since the issue over the ROTC’s discriminatory policies has come to light, there have been a lot of heated exchanges between both factions. However, I am writing to warn the students about the one thing that is keeping both sides from reaching an agreement; yes, you guessed it: FEMINISTFRONTFORUMFORMARXISTHUMANISTTHOUGHTFREEDOMNOW.

Although the four unstable people who run it are anything but predictable, they have followed one pattern throughout this school year: Pretending they care.

Early in the school year, a black student was beaten by five white students. Many of us, including myself, were outraged by this racist act and wanted to see the perpetrators brought to justice.

However, FEMINIST…NOW formed a “fact-finding committee” before anyone could say, “Communist Manifesto.” They did not form the committee to get to the bottom of the beating, but rather to fool the Black Student Union and B.R.O.T.H.E.R.S. into joining their little Marxist soiree.

Fortunately, the BSU and B.R.O.T.H.E.R.S. saw through this plot and avoided becoming two more organizatins under the Forum’s thumb.

Now, with the ROTC controversy, FEMINIST…NOW sees its chance to co-opt the Gay-Lesbian Union into its little empire. It has formed the Ban ROTC Immediately Coalition and is doing its traditional running around, crybabying and namecalling.

Even though their actions have pretty much blown their chances, my warning to the GLU is this: if you get in cahoots with FEMINIST…NOW, you’ll never be taken seriously by anyone on campus again. You’ll never get anything accomplished by becoming part of their three-ring circus.

Odds are that a few days from now, the Politburo…um, excuse me, leaders of FEMINIST…NOW will be calling me everything from a racist/sexist/homophobe to a member of the bourgeois military industrial complex. But remember my warning; nothing is worse than communist occupation.
