Senate Speaker John Fallon is the qualified candidate for SA president. During his two years in the SA Senate, Fallon has energized dormant SA committees, strengthened the SA Constitution and bylaws, and gained students’ respect for his diligence and concern.

Fallon will unite the SA because he emphasizes issues students care about, e.g. fighting tuition increases, holding down student fees, creating a student-run credit union.

Fallon also has bolstered the Illinois Student Association, which previously existed in name only, but now allows students across Illinois to speak as one. Fallon has received two US Congressional Award medals for leadership and service.

Fallon will lead our student government with confidence and competence as he continues to develop NIU’s greatest resource: the students.
