Point gets lost

While Lou Coty might have a valid, albeit arguable point in his letter protesting the GLU’s choice of support-wear, he grossly invalidates his argument by stating that “people can be for human rights and not gay rights.”
In his paranoid anger to criticize the GLU‘ “jeans day,” Mr. Coty has forgotten that, whether homosexual or not, we are all human, and I remind him that to denounce gay rights is to automatically negate one’s claim of supporting human rights.
