By defeating Marquette University 5-3 last Weekend, the NIU hockey club can use that momentum heading into this weekend’s contests with the Illinois Institute of Techololgy and Bradley Univeristy.

With one game down, the Huskies appear to be headed in the right direction. Friday’s 9:30 p.m. match in Rockford with IIT gives the icemen a chance to establish their worth.
