I would like to thank the staff at the NIU weather service for their help during the inclement weather on March 3 and 4. The persons I spoke with on both occasions were congenial and professional. The staff provided me with weather information and advice that aided in my safe travel between Rockford and DeKalb. As a staff member who commutes daily, it is reassuring to know we have a service that provides accurate weather information in a courteous manner.
