Another complaint about the tastelessness of “Rodent Speak”: We don’t know who Todd Persche is or what he does for amusement, but his attempts at humor in the above “comic” strip are getting old. If he has found a lighter side to the AIDS crisis (Feb. 3 strip), perhaps Mr. Persche should keep it to himself. In the meantime, Todd, find yourself another hobby. There are some people left in this world sensitive to other people’s problems, not to mention their own.

“Rodent Speak” should be banished from The Northern Star.
