Goal for unity week
September 25, 1988
Perhaps the best way to honor the memory of someone who has died is to try to emulate the positive qualities that person exuded.
Friends of Karri Boty described her in the Sept. 19 issue of The Northern Star as someone that wanted to befriend everyone. With Unity in Diversity week upon us, we will all stand to win by striving to develop such an outstanding and acceptant attitude in ourselves amidst a society wrought with fear, disgust and prejudice.
By constantly persuing such an attitude, we would be creating a eutopia, an environment of ever-increasing harmony.
