SA to discuss issues

SA President Jim Fischer plans to report on the Day of Action II and further discuss the illegal use of the rubber “REG” stamp issue at the Student Association Senate meeting Sunday.

Fischer said at last Sunday’s meeting, the sanctions on those students who used the stamp are “too severe” and gives a negative impact on students in the future.

He said, “These students will increase the pool of students looking for classes.”

The SA also will discuss budget requests for ten sports clubs in the Heritage Room of the Holmes Student Center at 6 p.m.

The sports include the Alpine Ski Team, the Flying Huskies, LaCrosse, Rugby, Track, Fencing, Baseball, Hockey and Bowling Clubs.

SA Vice President Cam Davis will discuss bylaw recommendations made by the Internal Affairs Committee.
