Police seek pizza thieves

DeKalb Police are looking for two males in connection with an armed robbery Thursday night on the 800 block of Edgebrook Drive.
Police said two suspects struck a pizza delivery man with a jack handle and took the pizzas the man was delivering to an apartment at 835 Edgebrook.
Police said the first suspect was approximately 6 feet 1 inch tall, about 180 pounds, and between 25 and 27 years old. The suspect was wearing a baseball cap, a dark navy blue jacket and dark trousers, police report.
The second subject, police said, was 5 feet 9 inches tall, 180 pounds, and between 26 and 27 years old. The second suspect was wearing a white sweater, a brown suede jacket and dark trousers.
DeKalb Police said the two suspects grabbed the man and one of the suspects swung the jack handle, striking the man on the arm. The victim told police the suspect was swinging at his head.
The victim then ran from the building and went to a local business to call police.
Police said they searched the area for the two men but found no information as to their identities. Empty pizza boxes were found in the first floor laundry at the address, police report.
