Illinois State Police will be conducting roadside safety checks late Friday into early Saturday at the ramp from Interstate 88 to Annie Glidden Road, according to a Illinois Department of Transportation media release.

The release states officers will be watching for unsafe vehicle behavior, drivers with a suspended or revoked license, drivers transporting open alcoholic beverages and drivers under the influence.
