DeKalb Police are investigating an aggravated assault with shots fired, according an NIU PD safety bulletin.

At approximately 9:37 p.m. Wednesday around Hillcrest Drive and Crayton Circle, shots were reported to have been fired. Three suspects described as dark-skinned males fled the scene east on Hillcrest in an older model silver sedan, according to the bulletin.
