In Ryan Ostry’s time at the Star, he has enjoyed writing columns, feature stories and doing interviews for stories. Getting to know some athletes and coaches on a more personal level has broadened his experience within the field. He hopes to use his skills acquired at the Star for a future career in the field of sports journalism or public relations.
