DeKalb | The IL 23 and 38-Union Pacific Railroad grade crossing in DeKalb will be closed beginning April 10, according to a March 28 Illinois of Department of Transportation press release.

The closures of these crossings will last up to four days to repair their Main 1 grade crossing. 

Motorists can expect delays while traveling on the detour routes.
