DeKALB – Sherine Elsawa, assistant professor of immunology will speak from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at Eduardo’s Mexican Restaurant, 214 E. Lincoln Highway.

Her presentation, “Getting Dirty: How Bacteria Impact and Improve Human Health” will discuss bacteria, the immune system and the harm of being too clean.
