Q: How would you describe your business?

A: North Central Cyclery is a full service bicycle shop that sells and services a wide variety of bikes. We also have rental bikes and carry riding clothes and bike accessories, tools, workout and recovery aids, hydration, nutrition products.  The New North Central Cyclery is committed to renewing its motto “A bike shop for everyone”, being committed to treating every rider equally and welcome everyone.  Our goal is to work with the community to not only provide top service and product, but play an active role in building a healthy community.

A:  There has been a bike shop in our location since 1935, we purchased the business October 29, 2015.

Q: Why did you decide to start the business?

A: As cyclists, and triathletes/multisport athletes, Michael and Justeen had been interested in opening a business they were both passionate about, fit their combined strengths, and match their activity, and at the same time benefit others, individually and community wide. The entire Paul family believes are excited and committed to serving DeKalb County with the best service possible, include all types of riders, and participate in promotion of healthy lifestyle of the community.

Q: What is the average price range of your products?

A: We have bicycles and accessories that fit all budgets. Repairs and maintenance are available at affordable rates.

A:  It makes us happy to be able to serve the customer and have them leave satisfied.

Q: What is something unique about your business? 

A: We service all makes and models of bikes, regardless of where they were purchased.
