Sven Hanson was the owner of the building and original owner of the House Cafe business.

In around 2006, [Haque] purchased the building and the business.

He said he technically ran the café but had numerous managers including Jan Pascolini since he tours routinely as a musician.

Eventually manager Jan Pascolini signed a lease and took over the business, but did not purchase the business.

“There was no substantive change in the business when [Pascolini] took it over, since she had already been the manager for quite some time,” Haque said.

Haque said Paqcolini had some family difficulties, particularly with her aging parents, and sold the business to the Fausetts.

“Now, Mark and Martha Robinson are running the business,” Haque said.

So all in all the building has had only two owners
