Academic Task Force Report reveals 11 program elimination requests

Program prioritization reports, released today, reveal 11 academic programs requested elimination.
Programs were offered the opportunity to propose new programs or request the elimination of programs.
The 11 programs that requested elimination are:
- Certificate in Healthcare Policy and Management – College of Health and Human Sciences
- M.S. in Family and Consumer Sciences – Family, Consumer and Nutrition
- B.S. Education in Health Education – Nursing and Health Studies
- Certificate in Health Education – Nursing and Health Studies
- Minor in Public Administration – Political Science
- Certificate in Religious Studies – Sociology
- Certificate in Professional Teaching Practices – College of Education
- LEED Certificates (Graduate) – Literacy and Elementary Education
- M.S. Education in Elementary Education – Literacy and Elementary Education
- Certificate in Philosophy of Education – Department of Leadership, Educational Psychology and Foundations
- Foundations of Education and Educational Studies Certificate (Undergraduate) – Department of Leadership, Educational Psychology and Foundations
- Certificate in Interdisciplinary Study of Language and Literacy -Interdisciplinary Institute for the Study of Language and Literacy
