La Vonne I. Neal, associate vice president of process improvement and operational effectiveness, will host a lecture 4-6 p.m. April 19 at the Holmes Student Center, Lincoln Room.

The multimedia presentation will include topics cultivating the ideas of scholars, mentorship and the importance of genius.

The event is hosted by the Mortar Board Senior Honor society NIU Pleiades Chapter.

The event is free and open to the public.
