March 15
• Jason S. Motsinger, 31, of DeKalb, was charged with retail theft and theft.
• Zsamika Q. Riggins, 34, of Maywood, was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license.
March 16
• Diamond A. Cumbo, 22, of DeKalb, was charged with obstructing identification.
• James S. Mayes, 31, of Chicago, was charged with two counts of driving on a suspended/revoked license and criminal trespassing to real property.
March 17
• Tyree M. Burgess, 20, of DeKalb, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Cameron Walker, 22, of DeKalb, was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license.
• William M. Kramer, 64, of DeKalb, was charged with financial institution fraud and fraud.
• Eric Galvan, 23, of DeKalb, was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license.
March 18
• Curtis M. Frazier, 23, of DeKalb, was charged with assault and an in-state warrant.
• Sara M. Hamampour, 28, of DeKalb, was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license.
• Sara B. Tovar, 29, of Kingston, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol.
• Miranda K. Tranmer, 21, of DeKalb, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol.
• Jacqueline A. Herrmann, 39, of DeKalb, was charged with dog running at large.
• Terrick W. Chester, 22, of DeKalb, was charged with aggravated assault and assault.
