• Anagha S. Patel, 24, of DeKalb, was charged with manufacturing/delivery of controlled substances, manufacturing/delivery of cannabis 30-500 grams, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of cannabis and three counts of possession of a controlled substance.

• Orienthal J. Harris, 22, of DeKalb, was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license.

• Curtis B. Grysiewicz, 21, of Oswego, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.

• Hector A. Jacobo, 18, of DeKalb, was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license.

• Gretchen E. Jensky, 49, of DeKalb, was charged with dog running at large.

Jan. 23

• Levi C. Smith, 23, of DeKalb, was charged with fighting within the city.

• Justin D. Sprietler, 27, of DeKalb, was charged with fighting within the city.

• Sungsu Kim, 43, of DeKalb, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.

• Mia Ingram, 19, of DeKalb, was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license.

• Alyssa M. Digangi, 22, of Hoffman Estates, was charged with disorderly house.

• Marcos Zavala, 21, of Aurora, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams.
