• Ricardo S. Pitts, 20, of Rochelle, was charged with possession of cannabis.

• Jeramie A. Green, 29, of Chicago, was charged with criminal trespass to land, domestic battery and obstructing justice.

• Douglas D. Vernon, 20, of DeKalb, was charged with manufacture/delivery of non-narcotic schedule I and II substance and possession of a controlled substance.

• Mark O. Smith-Riel, 22, of DeKalb, was charged with manufacture/delivery of controlled substances and possession of a controlled substance.

• Carl C. Curry, 27, of DeKalb, was charged with domestic battery, home invasion, residential burglary, theft, unlawful restraint and violation of bail bond.

• Eric G. Valdovinos, 37, of DeKalb, was charged with engaging in body art without a license.

• Dakaraia J. Bailey, 21, of DeKalb, was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license.

• Andre M. Phillips, 24, of DeKalb, was charged with battery/bodily harm.
