• Rebecca Y. Reyes-Roman, 20, of DeKalb, was charged with liquor consumption as a minor.
• Chantel L. Hawkins, 24, of DeKalb, was charged with false police report.
• Bennie T. Lewis, 25, of Chicago, was charged with trespassing.
• Tony Anthony, 20, of Chicago, was charged with trespassing, domestic battery, telephone threat and unlawful restraint.
• James E. Williams, 21, of DeKalb, was charged with theft.
• Fernando C. Ramirez, 21, of Elgin, was charged with possession of cannabis 30 grams and under.

• Michael J. Ipema, 26, of Tinley Park, was charged with disruptive intoxication.
• Alejandro Bravo, 23, of Chicago, was charged with aggravated and simple battery.
• Andrea M. Medina, 22, of Chicago, was charged with aggravated battery and resisting, obstructing and disarming an officer.
• Adrian Moreno, 23, of Cicero, was charged with aggravated battery.
• James R. Parsons, 36, of DeKalb, was charged with liquor: all other.
• Herbert Gordon-Hay, 22, of DeKalb, was charged with theft.
• Robert A. Daniels, 19, of Rockford, was charged with possession of cannabis 30 grams and under.
• Devon T. Maeweather, 21, of Calumet Park, was charged with possession of cannabis 30 grams and under.
• Andres F. Galvis, 24, of Chicago, was charged with liquor: all other.
