Jan. 23

• Daniel W. Stephenson, 25, of Algonquin, was charged with theft.

• Devon W. Sanders, 25, of DeKalb, was charged with theft.

• Natalie J. Moore, 18, of Galesburg, was charged with theft.

• Catherine P. Gilman, 23, of DeKalb, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Friday

• Sharita M. Walker, 29, of Chicago, was charged with identity theft.

• Charles S. Fenger, 22 of DeKalb, was charged with fighting in the city.

• Anthony O. Alford, 20, of DeKalb, was charged with trespassing.

Saturday

• James D. Stewart, 51, of DeKalb, was charged with aggravated assult and disorderly conduct.

• Cruz V. Montana, 31, of DeKalb, was charged with resisting arrest, obstruction and disarming an officer.

Sunday

• Dominic El. Primbas, 19, of Chicago, was charged with liquor consumption by a minor.

• Shawntina A. West, 25, of DeKalb, was charged with theft.

Monday

• Aisha M. Shadeed, 19, of Chicago, was charged with domestic battery.

City Blotter

The following was taken from area police and fire department records, or from DeKalb county court records. Anyone mentioned is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Tuesday

At 4:05 p.m., DeKalb Police responded to the 1100 block of Rushmore Drive. Upon arrival, officers observed a known individual. A check revealed that Phillip Weaver, 28, of DeKalb, had an active warrant. Weaver was arrested and taken to the DeKalb Police Station. He was later transported to DeKalb County Jail.

At 7:09 p.m., DeKalb Police in the 1600 block of Sycamore Road observed a vehicle with expired registration. The officer performed a traffic stop and found the driver, Darrell Nelson II , 22, of DeKalb, was driving with a suspended license. Nelson was arrested and taken to the DeKalb Police Station. He was later released on bond.

Wednesday

At 12:23 a.m., DeKalb Police on the 700 block of South First Street observed a vehicle cross the center line. A license plate check revealed the license plates belonged to a different vehicle whose owner had a suspended driver's license. The officer performed a traffic stop and found the owner, Alexander J. Robinson, 19, of Malta was driving the vehicle. Robinson was arrested and taken to the DeKalb Police Station. He was later released on bond.

April 12

1. At 5 p.m. April 6, theft $500 and under was reported to have occurred at Grant North. This case was suspended April 12.

April 13

2. At 12:22 a.m., criminal damage to property was reported to have occurred at Lot D. This case is open.

3. At 10:39 a.m., unlawful use of a weapon was reported to have occurred at Stadium Drive. This case was closed by exception.

4. At 6:30 p.m., burglary was reported to have occurred at Stevenson South. This case is open.

5. At 8:30 p.m., disorderly conduct was reported to have occurred at Neptune East. This case was closed by exception.

April 14

6. At 12:01 a.m. April 8, harassment through telephone was reported to have occurred at Grant North. This case was suspended April 14.

7. At 7 p.m. Feb. 1, domestic battery was reported to have occurred at Stevenson North. Bacarii D. Crocket, 19, of Chicago, was charged at 3:39 a.m. April 14.

1. At 10:44 p.m. Feb. 1, credit card fraud and theft $500 and under were reported to have occurred at the Recreation Center. This case was closed by exception March 21.

2. At 2:26 a.m., possession of cannabis less than 30 grams and possession of drug equipment were reported to have occurred at Neptune North. This case was closed by exception.

March 23

3. At 11:41 a.m. March 10, disorderly conduct was reported to have occurred at the New Residence Hall Community Center. This case was opened March 23.

4. At 1:10 p.m., possession of cannabis less than 30 grams was reported to have occurred at New Residence Hall East. This case was closed by exception.

5. At 1:51 p.m., March 22, burglary from motor vehicle was reported to have occurred at Lot W. This case was suspended March 23.

March 24

6. At 8:40 p.m. March 4, forgery was reported to have occurred at the Holmes Student Center. This case was closed by exception March 24.

• Anthony Lewis, 22, of Sycamore, was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license and two counts of possession of a controlled substance.

• Thomas Kavoisia, 20, of Sycamore, was charged with possession of alcohol as a minor.
