Student Association Senator Leon Kincaid, 32, of DeKalb, was charged with domestic battery Wednesday.

Kincaid serves as a senator to District 2, which encompasses students living west of Annie Glidden Road and north of I-88, but within the city of DeKalb, according to the SA Bylaws.

Kincaid declined a request for comment.
