• Sterling A. Meiseis, 22, of DeKalb, was charged with possession of cannabis.

• Dominique Billings, 26, of DeKalb, was charged with aggravated battery to a peace officer and two counts of resisting a peace officer.

• Kierra U. Jackson, 22, of Chicago, was charged with aggravated battery.

• Keylon M. Williams, 27, of DeKalb, was charged with criminal damage to property, two counts of domestic battery and resisting a peace officer/correctional employee/firefighter.

• Micah C. Rogers, 20, of DeKalb, was charged with disorderly house.
