Here is what music students had on their playlists this week:

“I am currently listening to the Hollywood Undead song ‘Another Way Out’ from their album ‘Notes from the Underground,’” said Kelly Harrington, sophomore computer science major.

Harrington said she likes many types of music from top hits to Breaking Benjamin to country.

Harrington said she rarely listens to one type of music, but is currently in “hype mode” for Hollywood Undead, as she will be seeing their concert in October. Harrington says she listens to a playlist of all of Hollywood Undead’s albums combined. She’s dubbed herself a musical “mutt.”

JB Bruick, junior mechanical engineering major, said he was listening to Korn and a lot of rock and heavy metal. Bruick said he likes other artists including Papa Roach.

“I grew up with more of a pop background with my parents but also a lot of hard rock and classic rock, so it just kind of went from there,” Bruick said.
