With this week heating up again, students are whipping out the shorts in fun patterns.
Check out how NIU students wear this trend below.
Jessica Rokosz, freshman speech pathology major, wears black and white printed shorts from Target.
“I usually dress comfy, don’t really dress up much,” Rokosz said, “It’s too much work.”
Brenda Herrera, sophomore psychology major, wears neon nylon shorts from Kohls.
Herrera describes her personal style as, “bummy, but hoping I will go to the gym afterwards because I have them on.”
Emily Buri, freshman English major, wears an abstract print skirt from Forever 21.
“I like unique things that catch my eye,” Buri said.
