• Michael J. Mooney, 36, of DeKalb, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs and possession of a controlled substance.
• Barry J. Glaudel, 24, of Byron, was charged with public indecency sex.
• Keyon F. Matthews, 34, of Chicago, was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license.

• Jeff D. Johnson, 24, of DeKalb, was charged with disruptive intoxication.
• Luis Centeno, 18, of DeKalb, was charged with aggravated domestic battery/strangling, consumption of alcohol by a minor, domestic battery, interfering with a report of domestic violence, possession of alcohol as a minor and unlawful restraint.
• Abdul M. Farooqui, 20, Palos Hills, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Mohammed Nasan, 19, of Burbank, was charged with consumption of alcohol as a minor.
• Carlos Matthew Rodriguez, 26, of DeKalb, was charged with possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia.
