The Alumni Association is selling tickets for a fall trip to the historic East Coast.

During the Oct. 22-30 trip, attendees will go to the site of the Battle of Gettysburg, the National 9/11 Pentagon Memorial and the National Mall, among other places.

“We like to pick places that have a concentration of NIU Alumni, so to get them all together in once place,” said Pat Anderson, NIU alumni relations director.

Though the purpose of the trip is aimed towards bringing together NIU alumni, the trip is open to everyone. The trip costs $3,475 which will cover round-trip airfare, hotel accommodations, ground transportation and certain meals and staff assistance.
