Feed’em Soup will move to 251 E. Lincoln Highway next month.

Feed’em Soup, which provides free and cheap food to the community, faces high heating and cooling costs at its current location, 122 S. First St., according to a news release from the group. It will be able to save money at its new location, according to the release. The group faced debt problems last year, when it reached out to student organizations to help with fundraisers.

The new spot has a dining area that can seat about 65 people, according to the group. Feed’em Soup will continue its Wednesday dinners at its current location until the new spot passes inspections, but Monday dinners and Thursday and Friday lunches will not be held.
