Feb. 25
• Johnathan T. Bevill, 32, of DeKalb, was charged with domestic battery, driving on a suspended/revoked license and interfering with a domestic violence report.
• Shaquawn K. Jones-Bland, 19, of Chicago, was charged with no driver’s license.
• Xavier A. Rodriguez, 21, of DeKalb, was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license.
• Jonathan T. Bevill, 32, of DeKalb, was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license.
• Dwayne S. Harvey, 29, of Chicago, was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license.
• Patrick E. Nichols, 46, of Champaign, was charged with criminal trespass to land and obstructing identification.
• Felix Juan, 25, of Sycamore, was charged with no driver’s license.
Feb. 26
• Jeanna M. T. Cross, 22, of DeKalb, was charged with possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams.
• Crena V. McGee, 26, of DeKalb, was charged with domestic battery.
• Barbara J. Williams, 25, of DeKalb, was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license and fighting within the city.
• Jesus Lopez-Castro, 45, of Sycamore, was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license.
• Beau C. Sauer, 28, of DeKalb, was charged with open container upon public way.
• Lashanda T. Southhall, 25, of DeKalb, was charged with resisting a peace officer.
Feb. 27
• Morrisa Carr, 24, of Chicago, was charged with retail theft.
• Crystal M. Montoya, 30, of DeKalb, was charged with retail theft.
• Matthew H. Oxnevad, 27, of DeKalb, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Nyree D. Kekstadt-Austin, 18, of DeKalb, was charged with retail theft.
• Jennifer N. Watson, 20, of DeKalb, was charged with retail theft.
• Lisa M. Jennings, 19, of Aurora, was charged with entering/remaining in a tavern as a minor.
• Jason S. Matherly, 19, of DeKalb, was charged with criminal damage to property.
• Cinnamon L. List, 23, of Rochelle, was charged with retail theft.
• Eddie D. Johnson, 32, of DeKalb, was charged with manufacture/delivery of non-narcotic schedule I and II drugs, manufacture/delivery of 10-30 grams of cannabis, manufacture/delivery on school property, possession of cannabis and possession of a controlled substance.
Feb. 28
• Solomon L. Moss, 20, of Berwyn, was charged with possession of alcohol as a minor.
• Terry W. Wellington, 70, of Rockford, was charged with dog running at large.
• Thomas A. Sablich, 58, of DeKalb, was charged with disorderly house.
• Kelsey McKinney, 18, of Pekin, was charged with retail theft.
• Paul Jones, 34, of DeKalb, was charged with criminal damage to property less than $300 and drug paraphernalia.
• Philip K. Hernandez, 36, of DeKalb, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, retail theft and no driver’s license.
• Mario H. Arrendondo, 40, of DeKalb, was charged with aggravated driving under the influence and no valid driver’s license, aggravated driving under the influence and suspended/revoked license, driving on a suspended/revoked license and driving under the influence of alcohol.
• Bianca D. Blake, 19, of Chicago, was charged with possession of cannabis.
• Portia C. Johnson, 19, of Naperville, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Carl A. Fisher, 27, of Blue Island, was charged with domestic battery.
