March 5

• At 9 p.m. March 4, possession of drug equipment was reported to have occurred at Neptune West. This case was closed by exception March 5.

• At 1 a.m., harassment by telephone was reported to have occurred at 501 College Ave. This case is open.

• At 9 p.m. March 2, criminal damage to property was reported to have occurred at Lot O. This case was suspended March 5.

• At 9:40 p.m., two instances of possession of cannabis 30 grams and under and two instances of possession of drug equipment were reported to have occurred at Lot X. This case was closed by exception.

• At 10 p.m., possession of cannabis 30 grams and under and possession of drug equipment were reported to have occurred at Neptune North. This case was closed by exception.

March 6

• At 1:40 a.m., illegal possession of alcohol by a minor was reported to have occurred at Neptune Central. This case was closed by exception.

• At 11 p.m. March 5, illegal possession of alcohol by a minor was reported to have occurred at Grant North. This case was closed by exception March 6.

March 7

• At 12:53 a.m., aggravated battery was reported to have occurred at Kishwaukee Community Hospital. This case was referred to another agency.

• At 3:34 a.m., Carlton Boateng, 23, of DeKalb, was charged with an in-state warrant at 600 N. Annie Glidden Road. At the same time and place, a case of possession of cannabis 30 grams and under was closed by exception.

• At 9:59 p.m., Devon Kelley, 26, of DeKalb, was charged with criminal trespass to real property at University Village, 915 Crane Drive.

March 8

• At 9 p.m. Feb. 21, a hit and run was reported to have occurred at Lot O. This case was suspended March 8.

March 9

• At 1:20 a.m., possession of cannabis 30 grams and under and possession of drug equipment was reported to have occurred at 200 N. Annie Glidden Road. This case was closed by exception.

• At 10 p.m., possession of drug equipment and unlawful use of a weapon was reported to have occurred at 5 Northern View Circle. This case is open.
