NIU police launched an online learning system Monday that explains how to handle emergency situations.

The system, bit.ly/1FpYOvZ, includes interactive presentations for evacuation planning, weather emergencies and responses to violent encounters, among other things. Police are available to provide guidance for the system’s use and answer questions.
