The DeKalb Police issued 30 citations during its recently ended holiday campaign, according to a news release.

The campaign was “part of the traffic safety program focusing on seat belt and DUI enforcement,” according to the release. Twenty-five of the 30 citations were for seat belt violations.

Another campaign will focus on safety during St. Patrick’s Day celebrations.
