The Goodwill Community Resource Room, 1037 S. Annie Glidden Road, will offer free income tax preparation and filing sites starting Jan. 30.

The sites “offer free tax assistance to families with income less than $50,000 and individuals with income less than $25,000,” according to a Goodwill news release. The DeKalb site will be open 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Jan. 30 to April 15.

Goodwill also offers free online tax services through MyFreeTaxes.com, which is available to families earning $60,000 or less per year.
